HRM TRAINING PROGRAMMES for:

Main Aims Of The Programmes:

  1. To provide a Human Resource Management working framework, inclusive of the roles and competencies required of HR Executives and Specialists.
  2. To provide a Human Resource Management framework for HR Managers and Senior Managers in formulating policies and guidelines.

Contents of the Programmes:       
The HRM Training Programmes covers all the seven core HRM modules with different focus and depths for the two separate groups, the HR Specialists and Senior Managers respectively.

Module 1:   Recruitment, Selection & Manpower Planning 
Module 2:   Compensation & Benefits
Module 3:   Human Resources Development
Module 4:   Employee Relations & Welfare
Module 5:   Industrial Relations – Labour Law
Module 6:   Occupational Safety & Health
Module 7:   Managing Contemporary HR Issues

Delivery & Duration
The programmes can be conducted in 2 modes:

a.         Per module 
(2 days per module)    OR

b.         The programmes in its entirety
(7 modules over 14 days, one module per month)

This aspect can be further discussed to suit individual organisation’s needs.  The programmes can be re-designed to cater to individual organisation’s requirement.  Perhaps if only certain Modules are required, we can re-work the programme contents and duration.
