The University
CEU is an internationally recognized US-degree awarding university in Social Sciences and Humanities, located in Budapest, Hungary.

A graduate research–intensive university, CEU promotes a combined emphasis on scholarship, research and social engagement. Studies at CEU focus on the diverse and changing social, economic, and political aspects and needs of societies in transition.
CEU annually enrols around 1000 students from more than 70 countries.
CEU faculty comprises over 200 Professors from some 30 countries.

   Colleges and Schools, U.S.A. and by the Hungarian Accreditation Committee and the

Entrance Requirements
Applicants to Master’s programs must have a four years Bachelor’s degree or a 3-year degree
   with one progressive year towards a Master ’s degree.
English proficiency with TOEFL or IELTS test scores.
A Statement of Purpose essay (and Research Proposal for PhD students)
Departments and programs may establish additional requirements.
Work Experiences - Requires relevant work experience ( need to submit a resume)

Admission Procedure
The admissions process lasts approximately five months, and is divided into four stages.
